ASP All HealthTech products are delivered through an application service provider (ASP) technology model. The ASP model allows for a centralized, Internet-based database and software solutions that can be accessed over the Internet.

Integration HealthTech products share common software and database components that allow the products to be used together in custom solutions. For example, a client can use the EDI Exchange product in high volume sates and use the EDI Reporter product in low volume states and still have access to all reports and data accross jurisdictions regardless of the HealthTech product used.

XML HealthTech supports all popular formats for sending and receiving data, including XML. XML is the preferred method of communication due to the rapid deployment and easy integration with an SQL Database.

Web Services HealthTech supports many different formats for transmitting data from your company to HealthTech, including Web Services and secure file transport protocol (SFTP). Web Services gives an added benefit of communicaiton and feedback in real time.

NOC HealthTech maintains an in-house network operations center at the main HealthTech offices in Kansas City. Owing and maintaing our own servers gives HealthTech the control and security not available with other companies that outsource their networking operations. HealthTech's utilizes state of the art Dell PowerSpec servers and a Barracuda backup sysetm that securily backs up all client data to two separate offsite locations multiple times per day.

JavaScript and .NET applications HealthTech uses many different types of software and delivery methods to provide the most powerful and user friendly applications available. Examples of some of the more popular technologies are the use of JavaScript to provide real-time user alerts when entering data and the use of the .NET platform to deliver most of the Internet based software programs.
